I had the 3M clear bra on my camry hybrid and hated it. It's very noticable up close and especially when the car gets dirty ie. pollen. I chose not to get it for my current car and i'll just take my chances with rock chips. Thats what touch up paint is for.

We clean our cars like once a week, so i don't see the dust and dirt being a problem. It has a 5 year warranty from the shop that does it locally here too. They also did my tint too.

Guess that wont be a problem but for me it was being able to see the outline of it at certain angles. I didn't like knowing it was there.

Gen6

I had the 3M clear bra put on my new Titanium 2007 almost 4 years ago. Yes, not cheap but you get what you pay for. Very happy I had it done, almost invisible to the eye. Really has kept the front end from getting any stone, road debri damage. Areas covered also included head lights, mirrors. Had a very good installer which is key.

Thanks! I have always wanted it on my car, but when i bought my car (used) it had some minor rock chips already etc.

But all that is being fixed the week of May 1st. So i will more than likely have this done. Going to try and get a deal with the installer and have the XLE done as well.

1 thing to remember. if u plan to do a retrofit in the future. do not do this on ur headlights. its pretty much a major difference in output. otherwise u can do it everywhere else if u like.
