Brake Kit for 02 Camry V6

Hello,

Been having brake fade problems, but now pads are worn and rotors need resurfacing or replacing.
So I'm looking into big brake kits but too expensive. Are there any upsize rotor packages that fit this car? Or from other cars' OEM parts? I do not do any racing BTW. Or I might just be stuck w/ stock size replacements.
Thanks for any info.

No need for big brake kit, just use some OEM one or OEM replacement rotor. You can alway upgrade your brake line to Stoptech SS brake line.

That's what I figured... the most cost effective soln. I think I'll do that SS line as well... Thx.
If anyone knows other OEM's that fit though, please share. Larger setup would look nicer, esp. since I have the room.

I have the same car, i think if i were having brake fade problems i'd consider buying a ventilated (drilled) rotors if they have them available. I work on ford crown vic police cars and when their rotors wear out, we replace them with special drilled rotors- and those brakes NEVER fade.
Also i'd consider a switch to synthetic brake fluid since the Dot 5 is probably not meeting your driving requirements. The downside is that you have to take the brake system apart and clean it to switch between OEM brake fluid and synthetic.

Camry brake fluid is typically DOT 3 not DOT 5. Synthetic brake fluid is typically compatible with conventional fluids, so a complete flush is not necessary... but its a good idea to do.
