Sorry I kinda skimmed through the thread so Im not exactly sure if this has been covered but ill post anyways since i did read some posts which were very misleading and confusing.

As many people stated. The black wire should be grounded (proper way), but it will still work if you connect it to the negative terminal of the battery, no biggie. Connect the red positive cable to the positive terminal of the battery.

Now you are left with two male connector plugs (which you labeled Ballast 1&2) and one female connector plug (which YOU labeled as Hid bulb) So what you want to do is take the female connector that you labeled as HID bulb, and you plug your OEM halogen plug into it. So either the the driver side or passenger side, this just let's the relay know when there is current so it can I guess turn on and use the power form the battery to power the hid kit. (I picked the driver's side since the battery was right there.)
Now the other 2 male plugs go to the ballast.

Here is a tricky part that i also ran into. When I got my 9006 kit for my honda accord from mod-express, those plugs went directly into the ballast and it worked, but when i got my H11 kit for the camry, the box came with 2 additional male plugs with a short length of wire and some wire connectors crimped onto the end. (it's hard to explain but i think i seen it in one of your pics.) Anyways this goes into the ballast and then you take the 2 exposed wrires with the prong and plug them into the male connects on the relay kit which you labled ballast 1&2. Now everything should work fine Give it a try

installed the relay today... works like a charm... plus the fuse box already has a fuse holder and a hole for the relay which made the install cleaner... I'll try to get pics (if needed)... my mom took my camera

I can't believe no one has said anything about this... but NEVER EVER replace the stock fuse with a higher rated fuse!! its like running the pressure of a fire hydrant through a garden hose... you're gonna blow up the hose or in your case, burn your wires!

The fuse that is in there is there for a reason, its rated for the wires that the fuse feeds. If you run a higher amp fuse (btw, its 15 A and 20 A, not watts) you are allowing too much current in the wires, which cause them to heat up. This'll eventually cause a fire.

This is why many of us with a true HID retrofit run relay harnesses... they are often of a thicker gauge of wire and therefore better able to handle the surge of current from two ballasts starting up. They also provide a more stable voltage for the ballasts, so no flickering, and faster warm up.

yeah my bad, i meant pics of the extra spots in the fuse box. I have the relay and fuse just hanging behind the battery so if its easy ill try to relocated them into the fuse box.

I have installed the relay also by following the instuctions from here. There was also a problem with the relay wires that go to the oem plug. I had to take the wires off the cap like someone instructed here. Then I taped it up.

Thanks
