HID keeps Blowing my 15w fuse

Hello, All

To start of im havin a problem with one of my HID's It started t3 days ago when my right hand HID bulb did not want to work. Me and my bro tried many different ways to see if its the light bulb, Ballast, or just the fuse. Well it turn out to be that everytime I turn my lights on 1 of my 15w fuse keeps blowing. This dont happend to my regular stock lights it only happends with one of the ballast.

Has this ever happen to anyone here? I purchased my HID from mod express.
I emailed them about this problem and still waiting for a reply regarding the ballast.

Thanks

I do have a relay harnes but I never installed it. I did a direct connection. Do you think I need the relay harness ?

The one on the right I see in my fuse box 3 blue's in a straight line the ones that control the Headlights, its the main one to the right headlight

Thanks

Do you think that I can switch the 15w fuse TO A 20W. Becuase I have in the relay harness a 20w.
Also I try the ballast that I think its bad in the other Headlight and it does not want to work. But the one that was in there does work with no problem. The HID's worked for about 2 days then the prob started

Thanks

i can't remember how i wired mine but i think i went from the ballast to the stock wire and then bulb to ballast. I didn't change any fuses. Over 2 years now.
