Changing jbl amp output to different speakers

I've installed an OEM nav unit into my non-jbl 09 camry (i've added a oem jbl amp and attained a custom wiring harness from Tahir Mallick from oemvalue.com); however, I only get bass from my door and dash speakers. I've read in some threads that in the jbl system the door is meant to push only bass and the dash speakers handle the highs; however, in my camry, I have a feeling that both the door and dash speakers are in parallel. I do notice; however, that the rear speakers are pushing out bass and mid and/or highs. Does anyone know the feasibility of swapping the wires at the amp level to get some highs in the front of the car? I'm thinking that if I swap the wires for the rear and front that I'll essentially achieve this, since I currently have only bass in the front and bass/treble in the rear. Has anyone else come across this problem when adding oem nav to their non-jbl camry using the oem amp/custom wiring harness from oemvalue or Tahir Mallick?

By dash, you mean the rear deck speakers?

I thought it was the other way around, that the deck should have the bass...

Either way, they're all 6x9's so you're going to get a good amount of bass from each speaker

Actually, I meant the two speakers on the front dash of the car, by the windshield. I think these are 3.5 inch speakers and I've heard that are connected to the front door 6x9's. However, I'm getting bass from both this speaker and the front door speaker, but getting bass/treble from both rear speakers. I guess the real question is can I swap the cables at the amp to push the rear signal to the front and the front to the back in an effort to shift the treble to the front of the car?....
