What to do after drive through water

Sorry for the poor English , feel free to correct any word and description
if u understand what i am talking about.

It rains a lot today, and I had no choice but drive over the road full of water twice. I guess first time is at least 6 inch, maybe 8 inch depths, and about 100 yards. Second time is maybe 8 inch and about 20 yards.

I drove slowly and kept some distance from the car ahead of me. At least
I safely passed the area without engine dies.

I remember gen6 ground clearance is about 5.5 inch, so definitely I got something under the water.

Where are the place may be damaged? exhaust pipe? Is it possible wheel bearing been damaged if actually the water is 10 inch depth and flood the wheel hub area?

Should i lubricate anything?

Thanks

Well, if you're paranoid about the engine, I would let it sit for a little bit for safe measures. Most likely, you will have to replace the fog lights if you happen to have them. The last time I went through heavy waters, they had a leak, and one of them went out on me.

You'll be fine. Drive it as always and of course slow down for standing water.

the engine should be fine, the stock intake tube is near the top of the hood, you might want to let your fogs dry before you turn them on, the exhaust pipes etc shouldnt be a problem as they come in contact with water all the time

not a big deal but its going to be a pain in the ass. You might get mold and mildew, it might smell. It could start some rust. I doubt water got in but if it did, dry it up asap, crack a window open to air it out. Get some baking soda stuff ( the one you put into your fridge) to eliminate odours.

Everything is fine. Bearings are sealed to keep dirt and water out and grease in. They weren't in it long enough to worry about. The problem comes when water gets into electrical motors on the seat or similar components. Exhaust is fine as long as the engine doesn't stall. The air flow from the engine forces any water out and keeps it from coming into the system. Hope it stops raining soon, and avoid low crossings.

Thanks for everyone's comments, suggestion and explanation.
Happy to know I'm ok.

Actually today i heard one of my co-work's 97 BMW 3 got Engine Check light on because of the first flooding area, though he can still drive without feeling any difference.
