USA Steering Wheel issue on 07 Camry XLE V6

If wheels are turning left (going forward or backward) I can feel a little play (1 mm) coming from one of the wheels, like when a bolt is not tight enough… I can only replicate the issue if I back out of a driveway (The second the wheel falls of the sidewalk to the blacktop (1/4 inch).
Feels like when you turn the Steering Wheel and the tire only turns 0.5 seconds later.
This doesn’t happen if the wheels are straight or turning left.
Since I have to go in for the 45k miles Service, any ideas?
Camry 07 XLE V6 with Smart Start and NAV.

Thanks for any help.

Your description is not clear enough for me to understand... When you first state turning left, do you mean turning the steering wheel left or the vehicle turning left? You say it happens when you turn left, but then you say it doesn't happen when you turn left. Define "play". Does your vehicle wobble? And 1mm is a pretty small measurement.

Please be a little more descriptive if you want some help.

Thanks for the reply.
I guess when I proof read my post my head was elsewhere.
It only does it if the wheels are turned to the right.
All I can feel on the steering wheel is a few metal clicks like if one of the wheels is loose.
I checked them and all bolts are tight.
I guess the 1mm I’m talking about can be described as a wobble.
