How much did you pay to swap wheels?

I'm picking up some alloys today to swap with my steelies. I called a few dealers to check on pricing to swap tires and TPMS from my steel wheels to my aluminum wheels and then do a high speed balance on the alloy wheels. I have the new aluminum wheel nuts already. Dealer A told me around $80 which I find low. Dealer B told me $100 which sounds right. And dealer C told me $180. Which of these is realistic, I have a buddy an old Cuban guy that has a tire shop and would probably charge me like $20-$40 but I don't want to risk one of his guys ruining the TPMS on the wheel I wouldn't exactly call them the finesse team.

TPMS are a bit hard to swap over from existing wheels to another new set, they tend to break when trying to remove them, as I do work at a wheel/tire shop also.

But $80 is a pretty good price, just make sure that they are aware that they'd be swapping TPMS also.

I think mine was around $80 - $100, including TPMS swap, balancing, and a set of hubcentric rings too though.
