Gen6 Bad throttle response

Hey, first thread on here... been lurking for a while...

I am a proud new owner of a 07 Camry CE Auto with about 40k on it... So far I like the car, not as quick as my 01 VW Jetta VR6 but it costs me a whole lot less so far haha...

One problem I'm having is the throttle response, since I'm not used to these cars I'm not sure if this is normal or if mine is sluggish but when I step on it, it tends to hesitate shifting into a lower gear. And sometimes when I'm giving it gas but not really mashing it it will stay in the same gear and slowly increase speed, when I would assume it shift down at least one.

I'm not sure if these transmissions are adaptive to the drive or not, I've only had the car for 3 weeks. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!!

Search for TSB-0068-08 and have it done to your car. Hopefully it hasn't been all ready applied....

There should also be a sticker under the hood.
