Okay boyz, I checked my caps earlier today, and found this. Wierd thing is that it only happened to the front center caps, the rears are still good. Why is this all scuffed up like this? Is it normal? I mean, I can buy another set of MRR caps, but if they will end up like this, might as well stay with this one.
it think its a combination of road debris hitting them and corrosion. aluminum corrosion is usually whitish in color. you can try polishing the aluminum, that would probably get rid of the white spots. i would suggest clear coating them to prevent it from happening again afterward.

Yes, I removed the plastic, maybe that's why? I mean, it should be removed, right?
yes, it should be removed. The only thing I can think of is....
Are these from MRR or they are from some knock-off guy that made these inside of his garage?

Try a nice polish. That's how i got rid of the sanding marks after i fixed my rims and you can't even tell.
+1. then if that doesn't work return them if you can, or order new ones and clear coat them.
