Gen5 Several O2 sensor questions

My mom's Camry (US built 03 le 2.4 AT) has an O2 sensor heater issue and the remedy is to replace the bad sensor. she cant remember which one it was, but i wanted to be ready regardless of which one she needs.

The shop wanted to charge her $200 for the part and $150 for the install. It seemed a little high to me.

First, here are the part numbers i have come up with, are they right?

Rear sensor
89465-33331 msrp $165 found it for $123.12

front sensor
89465-06050 msrp $133 found it for $99

Second, who makes the toyota o2 sensors? is it bosch or denso?

I found these on ebay, and wondered if they are the same sensors as the toyota ones.

Lastly, I know that using non OEM sensors in certain applications can cause issues. will using a non toyota sensor be an issue? if so, ill just get the toyota ones, if not ill try the aftermarket one.

thanks for your help

These are good prices if coming from a dealer. If not, the dealer prices I checked quickly were 4-5 dollars more for each sensor. Stick with dealer parts if you can. Toyota uses Nippon Denso sensors.

DENSO is the your best choice, i bought my bank 1 Sensor 1 @ Pepboys for around $115.
I changed it myself in about 15 minutes, saved myself a lot of time and money.
Dealer was chargin me $500 for the part+labor.
I recommend you do some reserach, bank 1 sensor 1 is the sensor that has an outlet on the heat shield, (i too have a 03, cam,us, 2.4L, AT) all you need is a certain type of socket, i dont know the name but it's the sockets that have the space so you can slip cables and wires through them. You unscrew it and install the replacement.
Thats the easiest one to fix, the other sensor is under the engine, i've never replaced it but i can tell you its located close to where the oil outlet is at.
You should take the car to a shop, or Autozone (they do codes for free) and get a code reading so you know which sensor to change and save yourself some money. I also recomend you dont buy the sensor online, just my opinion, if you need to return it, it will save you lots of hassels. Good luck
