2003 camry engine swap

any tips on removing/installing 2.4L engine in 03 camry. been trying to find good manual for step by step instructions but no luck so far. trying to save money and do this swap myself, how much is a fair price for a shop to do an engine swap? thanks for any tips and help

going back with same engine, figure that is easiest, have to get this car back on road for my daughter to use. i've never pulled FWD engine not sure of best way to do it. pull from top vs bottom, pull with or without trans etc. just looking for advice or manual on best way to proceed.
