5th & 6th Generation (2002-2006 & 2007-2011)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 2002-2006 & 2007-2011
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
quick question, hopefully somebody can help me out here.
I've been trying to fins some aftermarket lug nuts for the 17" SE factory wheels I just bought.
I have a 2007 Camry LE and have the steelies on which I'm replacing with 17" 6 spoke SE Toyota rims.
Went to Autozone and PepBoys but everybody seems to give me different info on what I need as far as lug nuts. Called the dealer and they are almost $8 per piece and I need 20
so, I'm left with trying to find some aftermarket ones that will fit. I bought a set of White Knight ( part no 771745) from Pepboys last knight. They are 12mm HEX - 1.5 R.H.

I bought a set from my local toyota parts dept for $2.13 each. Stick with OEM.
hm, that is cheap. my local dealer wants to charge $7.29/each.
update: just called another dealer in the area and gave them the same part number. their price $3.12. What the hell?? Why the big price difference for the same part from 2 dealers about 2 miles away from each other?
My dealer charged me about $2 a piece or less for OEMs, not 8 bucks, go to a different dealer.
yeah, I checked about 8 dealers in the area. Cheapest $3.12. I guess Chicago is not cheap.
I'll go for those, found one that has all 20 in stock so I can get them today.
thanks for the reply guys.
I figured that OEM is , afterall, better and safer.
If you're going the OEM route(which I highly recommend), give these guys a call..

They are New Genuine Toyota Lugnuts. I got them for $49 + $5 shipping. Price may have gone up a bit, but try to work them down to this price. PM me if you require additional information. Good luck!
