I've really been looking to drop my car and add rims but i love my comfort and am not sure if i want to sacrifice comfort for looks just yet.

What other options do i have if any? I've searched, read different threads, spoke with people, but havent heard of many other things i can do. how do the BMW's keep the stock low ride and comfort? is there a way to redo the suspension in a camry, dropping it and maybe keeping if not adding to the comfort?

Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

i hear you.. wanna good looking car without sacrificing comfort. you have 17's on 55 series on your SE and sport tuned struts. that equals to me having 18 inch on 45 series on LE stock struts and h&r springs.. reason i say this is me and my friend who has an SE took a test drive off his and mine.. almost the same. so if you still want comfort i'd say go with h&r springs on 18 inch wheels. the wider the wheels the better IMO.

only thing that comes to mind is 18s like jan said but i'm thinking air suspension. only way to keep it low for show and have comfort when riding(raise it up).

Thanks for the info... ill probably be going with the spring setup instead of air, not trying to invest thousands.

Also lower mpg right? Cause it has more rub on the road.

as long as you don't blow a bag or a line then you should be fine. otherwise shouldnt be more than say coils.

also i haven't really noticed a difference in mpg with 245 wide tires.

i think the lighter the wheel the better MPG, rather than how wide the tire is, idk just saying
