5th & 6th Generation (2002-2006 & 2007-2011)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 2002-2006 & 2007-2011
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
I have decided to go with these. I am trying to find a good price online. I have searched google and TN. The cheapest I could find was around $208. Tight budget. The wife is already upset about me going over budget on the wheels. Help would be appreciated.
I've seen them in the $250 range, have you looked at ebay?
Or just buy her some shoes and sneak in the springs...

She asked to get some shelves for the living room I said yes if I could get some springs. She said when we get paid you can. I am ordering them the 15th. Thanks for the idea. I know it was a joke, but it worked

Oh it wasn't a joke.
I know how us women work and I figured I'd share my insight with you.
My hubby complains about the money and time put into my car. I buy him a new xbox game; it shuts him up and keeps him out of my hair and the bank account long enough to get what I want.

if you get tiens you will have to buy new shocks w/ in 1-2 years.
i have had my s.tech for one year now, my car rides like shitt.
so figure teins are 200.. shocks are 400.. just save up 400 more dollars and get coil overs.
SO worth it.

Maybe so on the struts. I've lowered lots of my cars. Never had to buy struts. Maybe because I sell em usually within 1-2 years. The longest I have ever owned a car was 2 1/2 years. I have had over 30 cars. I am 31. I have a disease. Like I tell everyone else. I love cars. I just don't love em for long. I think getting coilovers is good advice. I personally can not justify that much.
