Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
I had the Michelin Alpin on my 03.
Switched to Canadian Tire Goodyear Nordic for my 07.
Think the Nordic's are as good on ice and better in deep snow, cheaper too.
i'm on my 3rd winter as well and they have a ton of tread left.
LOL as long you can come to my house near downtown T.Dot to pick them up, sure you can have them. I don't like driving on bald tires. How did you get yours to last so long?
Maybe it's the annual mileage? I put on about 30000-35000KM per year in driving.

I will close this thread, you guys going off topic................lol just kid.
OP if you go to www.1010tires.com and search winter tires by vehicle, you can find all kind of tires with ratings.
I put the winters on mid dec (though this year early...today...cause i have a road trip planned). And the are usually off mid april.
I don't do much driving during the week, most weekends in the winter up north.
I put mine on and off same time as you. They're 215/55/R17 (stock wheel size). I guess I wear out tires quicker because I drive my car as much as a cabby does.
Going to mount the winters on next week hopefully. Going on a trip to Montreal and Ottawa to see relatives this weekend so I'm still keeping the all-seasons on for now (don't want to wear out the winters on dry roads).
LOV, nobody's selling anything here. I'm going to be giving away my tires free...and we're talking next April at that. 1010tires is a decent site - I've ordered from them before. Tirerack is the best though.

Well we'll talk more in April. I'm debating going to 17's for the winter, as i have a project coming up that won't let me fit 16's anymore after the spring
i would recommend the bridgestone blizzak WS60. i've had them for two winters now... and the second winter, i drove up to vermont in that big snow storm. i couldn't ask for a better tire: i was going up hills that other people were sliding back down from!
