So my bumper's in pretty bad shape right now, well if you look from under the car that is..

A series of events happened involving highway safety cones, which apparently hate my guts because this week I my front bumper got smashed twice, by cones.

1) I was driving back home from Riverside going maybe 80 and just cruising keeping a 5-6 car distance from the Tacoma in front of me. I think he accelerated or the wind picked up and it, being driven by a contractor or something, a cone flew out of the trunk and I was able to slow down so instead of it hitting my windshield, my bumper took the hit and the cone went somewhere but I thought it, just being a cone, shouldn't have done too much. I didn't check, since I was on the innermost lane.

2) I was exiting the freeway and they were doing some midnight construction so they completely blocked off the right lane before the exit with cones and as I was exiting, suddenly there was a cone there on its side, and I was about to brake but I realized a car was behind me, and to the right (but not the front, what luck right?) and my bumper again, took the hit.

There's 1 of them...
Long Story Short: Now I have a bent license plate and frame (I bent it back of course) and my bumper has 2 cracks in it. I think one of the cones torn up the engine splash guard, I need replacement screws. The lower grille (behind license plate) is also MIA as well..I never knew cones could do so much, well maybe when you're going 60-80mph...
I just bought the grille online for $40 and hopefully it just pops in. I'm not sure what to do with the cracks, I was just going to buy touch up paint from paintscratch fix, get basecoat&clearcoat, but after discovering the cracks, I'm not sure what to do...any suggestions guys?
Any help on what to buy to patch this up is greatly appreciated!!
