Exclamation Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, i am freaking out right now and i need serious help. I have a 2010 Camry LE I4 6 speed automatic with no MODS. I bought it brand new and right now it has 2,300 miles. When i start the car, put it in DRIVE and i let my feet off the gas, the car moves but it feels kinda weird. i dont know how to explain it but it feels like something is pulling it back. this happens at less than 20mph. but wen i add more gas, this doesnt happen.

is this normal????

It feels like your car is chained down when you hit the gas and the back goes lower while the front goes up as you try to accelerate.

As far as i know, leaving the hand brake engaged is the only thing that can cause that. Make sure it's all the way up, the light in the dash should be off. If it's off it might just be that the cable is still pulled and is stuck. Bring it back to the dealer tomorrow.
