My windshield gathers insect body all the time. The washer could not clean it. This is very annoying. I don't have such problem with the previous cars I owned. Do you guys experience similar problem?

It's some new Toyota technology called the "Venus Fly Trap" windshields. It comes standard on the new toyotas.
It's only November and I can not wait until I see bugs on the windshield again. It means winter is over. Although I did not have this problem on my Camry (or Corolla for that matter) when driving them this summer.

Good thing my old Corolla is too ghetto to have it.

Yeah, it definitely has to do with the OP's environment than the car lol.
Glass is glass when it comes to bugs. I have stains on my bumper that need to be sanded off. The windshield you just have to wash really good, before the marks get too old.
Anyways... just because you can't wipe off the bug juice from the windshield doesn't mean it's poor quality. I think it's very high quality... I've endured many rocks hitting the windshield... and while there are small chips, I haven't had a crack yet
my 07 had a rock thrown at it on purpose(by the bad kids living down the street because i guess i kept it too clean) and it bounced off the glass with no marks. i think the glass isn't as poor as you make it seem. it's pretty dang good quality actually.
maybe the bugs/insects think there is no glass because you keep it so clean and find out the hard way that there is glass....
You're more than welcome to wax the glass. I cover it with a layer of Collinite 845. It helps the bug cleaning and at normal speeds (45mph+), I don't need to use the wipers since the air pushes it up towards the roof

Thanks for the suggestion. Do you know that the new iPhone 3GS screen has special treatment that fingerprints will not stick to it? So it is possible to treat windshield glass that insect fluid will not stick. May be Toyota forget to treat my windshield? Because none of you seem to have such problem.
