power steering pump
I am getting a loud winning noise when steering to the left and right. I think it is the power steering pump. How easy is this to install? any how to guides?

It may also be a loose belt. How's the tensioner? IIRC some defective tensioner TSB, but don't remember which years.

Besides the easiest, which is the belt slipping, sure could be the fluid level, the pump, the steering gear rack.
