Your first priority is getting the old bolt out and there are several ways to do that. Since its at the passenger side of the engine clearance is no doubt tight and there are a couple workarounds for this.
Lets start with getting the bolt out. Remove all the parts around it that you can, to gain access to whats left of the bolt. If there is a stub sticking out, grab it with vice grips and try removing it that way, if it is broken off flush, try and use a small drill (you may need a sideways type drill) and drill a small hole in the very center (it wont be easy i know) and get an easy out on it and remove it.
At worst you may have to drill out the bolt, and then you could use a bolt insert or helicoil to fix it that way.
back to the clearance issue - not alot of space to work there after all. To get more space, you can support the engine with a piece of wood and a hyrdaulic jack. then remove the front engine mounts and loosen or remove the rear mounts and the transmission mounts. then jack up the front of the engine to give you more room to work. (be sure and leave at least one engine mount loosely attached if possible, or support the engine with the bar and chain across the engine compartment - so the engine doesn't fall out.)
Keep on eye on your wires and cables attached to the engine while you do this, you will stretch them by jacking the engine, make sure you dont break a wire - remove it, disconnect it or unbolt its clamp or guide to give you a few more inches to raise the engine.
I haven't seen many of these engines so i have no exact idea where the bolt is BUT depending on where your broken bolt is located - it may be easier to access it through the RF wheel well (and tilt the engine down if you have to).
