Gen5 accelerator pulstation

2003 toyota camry le - 4cyl auto.
i have a intermitted pulsation that occurs at a stand still. the pulsation occurs at or around the aceclerator pedal. the engine does not race or surge. i am wondering if it has something to do with the electronic linkage in the throttle control? any insight into this problem would be appreciated! the steering column also has a squeak during the cold weather.

I have the same problem with my steering wheel squeaking. I've had my exes tell me that it sounded like my steering wheel was farting
