07 Camry wont start

My 07 V6LE Camry wont start. The car has power (radio lights and everything work). When I turn the key the dashboard makes a fast clicking noise right near the speedometer... any ideas?

Sounds like your battery is dead. It may still have enough juice to run the interior accessories, but not enough to start the car.

Batteries are 3 years + so if your battery is less than better drive it more.
