Transmission cooling line fitting seized.

Transmission cooling line fitting seized.
I am removing radiator.
The tubing from the transmission is attached to the radiator by a
fitting which is seized.
The fitting turns ok, but since the tubing is seized to the
fitting, the tubing twists.
So far I have tried the following steps fo two days.
penetrating oil.
Heating with propane torch.
Penetrating oil while still very hot.
Three vise-grips clamped on tubing to prevent it from turning.
I don't want to replace the tubing to the
transmission.
I may need to cut tubing and connect cut end to a new fitting with
short length of new tubing sticking out of it.
Any other suggestions ?
Thank you
Alan White

If you haven't broken it loose by now, you do know you really need a flare-nut wrench for this chore right? OK...soaking it with rust penetrant often works, like you tried, it also helps to tap the fitting gently by tapping the (FLARE NUT) wrench with a hammer or solid metal object while applying moderate pressure.
-Try tightening a little, then try to loosen, tighten, loosen - this often works.
-again, gently tap on the end of your flare nut wrench while applying moderate pressure, the vibrations will often help a stuck fitting come loose.
-when you get it off, i'd use some anti sieze on the male part of the fitting.
-if you do break the tubing, its usually no big deal - for a temporary (or permanent) fix, find a new fitting and some tubing at the auto parts store, bent like the old one, use high quality hose (not vacuum hose - fuel injection hose or similar quality) and hose clamps to fix it, until you can get the proper part.
