2007 Camry Damper Help Needed

Hey,
I am debating on whether to get Megan, Ksport, Tien or D2 Racing Coilovers for my 07 Camry. Does anyone have any suggestions? Is one better than the other? Another and important question is, will it increase the handling of the car because that is the reason I am willing to spend that much money on dampers?

Also, is the higher the spring rate mean the stiffer the ride? If so does that mean the better the handling will be if the ride is stiffer? Because I looked it up and Ksport has the highest spring rate out of all four coilovers which is 9kg in the front and 5kg in the rear as compared to lets say Megan which is 6kg in the front and 4kg in the rear.
