Windshield Washer Hose 2007 Camry

Does anyone know the I.D. for the windshield washer hose for a 2007 Camry? I have a small nick in mine just above the washer reservoir and tape isn't keeping the fluid from dripping out. There's not enough slack to trim the hose and reattach it to the reservoir. Someone suggested I cut it and connect the two pieces with a small connector, but I don't know which size connector to buy. I called Toyota parts and they don't have a size listed; they can just order me a new hose which I really don't need.

Just cut a reattach with a connector. I'm sure a plumbing store would have the connector, just bring in the tubing to show them what size you need

Gee, take the little piece you have in your hand to the local parts store. This stuff is real standard and they will have something to fit, or a coupling to piece together what is left. This one is easy.

I don't have enough slack to cut the hose, reattach it and drive to a store to match the hose without draining all the fluid first. A golf tee works as a temporary plug in the reservoir but I don't know if it would stay put while driving (I only have one car). Just thought someone might know the size of the hose so I can save myself some hassle.
