Gen6 07 Camry LE Bass Rattle on Drivers Side Door Panels

I have a 2007 Camry LE that has been great to me so far. However, the drivers side door panel recently started rattling when playing bass on the sound system. I checked to make sure there were no loose objects in the door panel pocket.

Any suggestions on how to fix this/minimize the rattle?

You should open the door panel and see what is causing the rattling. I had to do that an my old Echo once I installed a sub in the back.

The slack of the tint could tap on stuff inside the door.

I think the best is open the door and throw in some insulator.

my Camry has had that problem since purchase... i apply pressure to the panel with my knee when driving to stop it... seems as if the driver side panel isnt secured as tightly as the others or as close to the speaker. not exactly sure what the issue is, but it is annoying and will stop if pressure is applied to it and its pushed in alil

hmm...interesting...at the first sign of rattle after upgrading my speakers..i ended up soundproofing the doors and the rear deck...now there is not one creak to be hard...and the road noise has been lessened!

Princess Peach: Nope, no tint installed yet.

Yazovets: How do you open it up?

My driver's side rattles a bit too, I just reduced the bass and send more to the rear speakers, seems to help.

My stock (Non-JBL speakers) settings:

BAS: 1-3 (depending on the songs and my speed)
TRE: 5
BAL: 0
FAD: R-2
ASL: MID

No rattles with this settings.

What kind of sound proofing did you use, and how much of it?

I had a friend who had some FatMat left over from when he did his car, So I used that, and I don't know how much i used.

He got it off ebay, 100sq ft for $200. I used up quite a bit cause i covered the entire inside of the door.

Actually I looked into it further yesterday and found out that its the bottom left hand corner (from the inside) of the driver's side window that is rattling. I placed my hand against it and applied pressure and the rattling stopped while my hand was holding it in place.

Any suggestions on how to fix?

Well there is only one way..open up the door and use sound proofing/deading material to stop it from rattling...

Or if you wanted to build a device to keep constant pressture on that part of the door...haha
