TRD springs..

anyone know how much of a drop i can expect from using the TRD springs on the 2010 camry will be?

i plan on keep it at 16" cuz i don't want a bumpy ride. not in it for performance, but comfort.

also, i'm open to hearing from ppl who use tiens, H&R, etc. what's the specs of the springs used and how much of the drop in the end after it settled?
