Hoen HID kit in h-11

i was looking for bulbs and saw on the hoen website they now have a HID kit in h-11 there bulbs are very good any thoughts on there HID kit

Höen Xensystem digital HID

Introducing the Hoën Xensystem. Utilizing the latest ultra small footprint digital ballasts and the sharp white 3200 lumen, 4300 Kelvin HID bulbs customers can now experience the cleanest OEM looking HID retrofit kit available. The light output provided by our Xensystem is accurately projected in all halogen projector lenses and is identical in color to factory HID systems.

Our ballasts employ smart startup technology negating the need for wiring harnesses cluttering up your engine bay. Low amp startup requirements on par with standard halogen do not overtax the factory harness unlike most competing HID kits out there.

- easy plug and play installation, no cutting of factory wires
- installs and removes in minutes
- multiple ballast mounting options
- special ballast for Porsche, BMW, Mercedes onboard computer monitoring available as no cost option
- 3 year replacement guarantee
- Complimentary pair of xenonmatch fog light bulbs with your purchase (we will contact you upon receipt of order)

We have strived to provide the most OEM looking HID upgrade available with all top of the line components. With our Xensystem you will not find excessive glare, blue or purple spectrums of color and all those features unfortunately common to cheaper aftermarket HID kits.

I actually like their xenon match bulbs, my friend installed it on his foglamps and it compliments his HIDs

From their web site their kits seem good however you'll have to Google to see user experiences. They give you the set of xenonmatch fog light bulbs which they sell for $30 + shipping when purchased separately. The kits are $150 which is steep even when backing out the cost of the fog bulbs which you may or may not want. The fog bulbs look good though if you want white.

One thing is that all of their kits seem to be 4300K which is a very white color which gives a bright factory color (personally I prefer 6000K which has a hint of blue but 10% less visible light output).

After all of the above, I'd purchase an Apexcone kit from www.ddmtuning.com . Much cheaper and a better warranty, even on the bulbs. To me, these kits are pretty much the same these days so I shop on warranty and price. I'm curious why you're looking at Hoen.

Also, if you're new to HIDs you need to know about relay kits (I don't use in normal circumstances for a 35 watt kit) and also about reducing glare to oncoming drivers.
