Angry How to remove Cigarette Lighter 2006 Camry

I have a 2006 Camry SE and both lighters (dash and arm rest) are not working. Is there a work around other than dis-assembling the dash or arm rest. Fuses are good, replaced several times. Need for GPS and ipod caddy.

They would not both fail without help. In the absence of massive corrosion, a fuse has failed. Yes you say you have replaced fuses but perhaps not the right fuse. You you discover you have a blown fuse after disassembling the center console you will kick yourself. Look again and/check all the fuses if you are electrically challenged.

There are two fuses in your car, one for the cigarette lighter and one for the two power point sockets. Check the fuse marked Power Point. (15 Amp same as Cig 15 Amp) The Power Point fuse is the 3rd fuse down from the Cig fuse.

Best of luck..... it's that one.
