Gen5 Hid Kit Relays!

HEY GUYS! i have a question i have 2005 toyota camry. I have an hid kit for my 9006 low beam bulb. I'm trying to get a high beam hid kit as well since my bulb blew off. I' m getting 35watts 9006 5000K High beam hid kit. Which includes the bulbs obviously. I was just concerned and wanted to know if i need a relay with this. I have heard that car can get on fire cause of this. Is that True? Do i need a relay or i can just install the kit as it is since the kit is plug and play. Can anyone help me out with this? and If i do need a relay then which one do i need and where can i get it from? If any one can answer this for me ill Highly appreciate it.

Thanks!

HID highs are pointless since you already have HID lows...they won't be any brighter. Plus if you haven't retrofitted your lights it's even worse...and unsafe.
