#1 by the console and the shifter towards the bottom left corner does th is get real hot when you have the lights on after a while?

#2 the headlights are on the car is running. The section where the heater and cooling controls are... the first one that has the fan speed selector does not light up the little green light on the switch indicating where the speed is at .. the other two do the one for the hot and cool air and the one for the location it blows out of do does the first swtich light up too?

#1. if it gets hot, its not normal. The bottom left corner (under the letters) is where the bulb is. Take the console apart (there is a DIY on how to remove panels to change shifter light). Find out if its the center console where the bulb inserts into or bulb itself. if its the bulb, change it to a LED bulb. If its center console, tell the dealership or ask for manager. It can be a potential fire hazard

#2. The indicator that is suppose to tell you fan speed is suppose to light up. You have a blown LED. Dealer will have to replace the whole thing unless they know someone who can replace the small SMT LED. There is a DIY and picture thread of someone changing these out I believe.

DIY and link to pics can be found in the Master LED list.
