Camry hesitates

Hi there ,

I was on Highway speed approx 70 MPH and had following problem
Car had sudden power loss just for a second and sudden jump very minor in nature , and had this occurence for a while but wud not stall.
Then @ stop light I see the RPM indicator just below 1 not idling going to stall but woudn't stall. Thease conditions would happen at very cold or warm
temperature's.
Suspect following When I did my Rust proofing did something contaminate the
ignitor , I did change fuel grades but did not correct the issue.
When I took it to Toyota when diagnostic check done , nothing comes up.
Any ideas please update ....
Many thanks and regards

welcome to TN. My guess is your ignitor has too much rust proofing on it.

Hi guys,

Just wondering how the rustproofing could cause this to happen? I am not sure what you mean by "ignitor" having too much rustproofing on it. By that, do you mean the coil packs??? Reason I ask is that I get my 07 Camry Rust Checked every year. Up here they throw down more rock salt than you can shake a stick at.

Also, how would rust proofing get onto the sparkplugs??
