5th & 6th Generation (2002-2006 & 2007-2011)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 2002-2006 & 2007-2011
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
Tuesday, Toyota said it will voluntarily recall about 7,300 four-cylinder Camry sedans produced early in the 2010 model year because of a possible brake fluid leak. Dealers will inspect the cars for a power steering hose that could come in contact with a brake tube, causing a leak. The leak means it could take longer for the vehicle to stop, the company said. Owners will get letters starting in mid-February.

This is getting ridiculous. Here is my list: defective rear speaker on first day, CTS gas pedal, today just got a rock chip on hood and it's down to the primer, there are a couple of other spots on the hood that has tinny bubbles from factory paint, and now this ??
Can I have some more detail for this?
When I went to dealer today, they said there is none recall for that.
I was worried since I buy my camry in August 2009
Toyota Recall Update #25: 2010 Camry Recalled for Possible Brake Fluid Leak Published Feb 9, 2010
TORRANCE, California — The 2010 Toyota Camry is the subject of yet another recall, this time for brake fluid leak that could cause "increased brake pedal stroke and greater vehicle stopping distance," said Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A. on Tuesday morning.
Toyota said about 7,300 early production 2010 Camrys equipped with the four-cylinder engine are involved in this latest recall. Toyota dealers will "inspect for a power steering hose that may be in contact with a front brake tube," said the automaker. "This contact could lead to a hole in the brake tube and cause a brake fluid leak, increased pedal stroke and greater vehicle stopping distance."
Owners of those Camry vehicles will be notified of the recall by mail starting in mid-February. Those with questions can call the Toyota Customer Experience Center at (800) 331-4331.
