2007 Camry can't drive stright.

I leased the 2007 Camry from 2006 DEC
down payment $ 10,000
I live in Canada Vancouver

I have do the alignment at 2007(due to the car can't not drive stright)
if i didn't hold the wheel the car will drive right side.

and the warrent is 3 years.
i did the alignment at 2010 Jan again.

seems not working at all.

my questoin is

1. am i able to get the down payment 10000 back after the leasing contract end ?

2. am i able to get a new camry if toyota can't fix the probme?
at 2010 Jan maintenance tire and alingment all good.
but in the stright road my car still flip to the right side.

please help me what should i do?

You put $10,000 down on a lease car? I only put about $1000 down on mine and would put ZERO down if possible, unless you're buying.

And no, you will not get the down payment back at all.

Wait, but how much is your monthly payment? Cause my local dealer had a deal that if you put like $8000 on a Corolla, your monthly payments will be ZERO, it's like paying everything in advance.

He's Canadian....we get ripped off as soon as we step on the lot.

We put around 7k down on the Matrix for a lease...and it brings down the monthly payments....

i know .
but at the beggining.
my father concern to buy the car.

but now since my dirving probolem.
the car automaticly flip to the right side .
if i didn't hold the hander the wheel will become driving to the right directoin.

31600 and like 10000 left for final payment.

but now i dont' wnat this car

other wise they solve the wheel probem
as i said alignment charge me, and tire no problem
still keep turning right on straight road.

sigh......

i hate toyota.... and my self.

I'm sure that can be fixed. Camry10 I think had the same problem with his wheel always drifting to 1 side and he fixed it.

Did toyota inspect the car for any suspension problems? Maybe or possible a bad axel, control arm, etc? If an alignment isn't doing anything, maybe there is a problem with something in the suspension? Just a thought.

bad tires can make you drift as well.
