Dash removal

Not exactly dash removal, but braindead at the moment.I saw someone in a past thread removed the faceplate for the audio controls and such and removed the green capsules to make the light blue.
Is that possible to do on a 2010 with nav? Cuz I'd love to have it blue if that's all there is to do.And if you can remove it, do you just pop out with flathead?

Once the radio's removed, there should be screws holding the faceplate to the rest of the unit. You'll need a small philips screwdriver

How do you remove the radio? This is all new to me.Dont forget I have the nav
