HEY GUYS LOOKING FOR SOME REVERSE LED LIGHTS FOR MY TAILIGHTS IN MY 07 CAM. I KNOY MY BULB TYPE IS 921 FOR THE REVERSE BUT HOW MANY LEDS DO YOU THINK IS BRIGHT ENOUGH? http://www.superbrightleds.com/cgi-b...ini-wedge.html
THE ONES SUPERBRIGHTLEDS HAVE ARE 9 LED FOR 3.95 WOULD THESE BE GOOD ENOUGH?
you need to get high intensity bulbs... even with those, visibility will diminish because of the degree of range that the LED emits compared to stock bulbs. Switching will only be for looks. I'd stay away from multi-led bulbs as if one LED burns out, the rest starts flickering

Back Up/Reverse Lights - QTY:2 - 921 bulbs (get the brightest or it wont be visible during the day for safety reasons; 27+ LED or High Power)

None. Because they do not have anything.
I agree and disagree with Netforcer on some stuff. I've had mine for half a year and no problems (upgraded from a 27 LED). However, depending where you buy, what you pay is what you get. When it comes to turn signals, parking lights or reverse lights, I do not go cheap. Safety is an issue. Yea, I might have spent $30 or so for 2 LED bulbs but its quality and I know that someone will be able to see it at night and definitely during the day because its bright enough. The most important thing you have to worry about is making sure it is visible during the day whether its cloudy or sunny.
Yes, switching to LEDs is for looks...if its visible. Switching to LED will not light up the surrounding area when you backup unlike stock bulbs.
Picture is of my 27 LED that I sold to a member on the forums. Now that there is a 36LED, its a little brighter. Get any LED less than 20 and you wouldnt even be able to see the LEDs. My turn signals are 14 LEDs but High Powered.
Correct, it does fit but its not bright enough to be used as a backup light. The WLED-xHP that you mentioned I believe is in my license plates. If not, its in the front map lights.
Video of all my LEDs including interior and exterior.
i bought the 27 leds from dc...ill post some night pics of them in an hour or 2

Can I upgrade a Gen 5 tailights to look like your's ? Your setup is awesome!
the 36 led i have is pretty much just as bright as stock if not brighter. i back up into my driveway every night and it seems like the led bulb is so much brighter. see a big white cloud of light behind me and everyone tells me they are brighter than stock.

I'm not saying its not bright. I see the white LED when I'm backing into my driveway. Than again, dont remember how my stock bulbs were because they werent on the car that long and I have tints. Plus, I guess I'm comparing it with fiancee's Honda Accord which her stock bulbs.
