Just one of many Camry Chinese NAVs...........

They don't mention that the 2010 Camry has different connectors than the earlier GEN6 Camrys.

Where is the writeup stating it has different connectors??? This is the first time i'm reading about this. It says 07-10...so your saying they are wrong? What about this aftermarket player then?

Of course I'm saying they are wrong.

Have you looked at the electrical schematics for the '07-09 vs the '10 radios?

This guy doesn't even mention the differences between JBL and non-JBL.

I was looking at the same one this weekend too! I'm just worried about the craftmanship of these type of HeadUnits. There are so many kinds with similiar features and different prices.

I'm gonna stay away until there is better info.

Good Luck!

Well I had no need to look at the schematics since this is the first i'm hearing about the wiring being different for the 2010. Do you know of any legit players out there that actually are for the 2010's?? I sent them a msg asking about the wiring being different...

The guy selling it is a poster on here, and its a $800 unit that is being bid on for $250. The $250 was not the original price of the unit.

I saw that one as well. I went to an installer where a lot of my friends go their stuff done, and they know their stuff. They said they couldn't be sure who makes it, but it might be jensen. And that's not good enough if that's a fact.

They advised i don't get it. $440 GPS 8'' screen, too good to be any good.

And JBL and non-JBL makes a huge difference, as Njerald mentioned.

You guys are wise.. For something that cheap to put in my brand new Camry indeed I would think twice..

What really amazes me is the wiring schematics difference between the 09 and 10 camry? Wow.. I have to do more research..

Anyways i found this link for removal of the radio.. Might be useful to someone

Check out the Fly Audio system for the Camry. Quite a few 2IS members on Club Lexus are rocking those now and they seem pretty legit. I was gonna go review the thing for everyone here but they didn't get the shipment yet

Aftermarket GPS unit for Camry

Hi Guys

Just thought of giving my experience , I bought one last month from this http://www.autogps.com.au/

check the Camry unit. This is good looking but this company does not sell cameras. It has all the installation instructions somewhere in the site but I can not recall now. Price is bit higher that eBay but free delivery.

Looking for a camera and please post if you find any good one. Thanks
Troy
