Gen6 Need Strut Replacement

I have a 09 I4 XLE. My mechanic was telling me that my struts weren't looking good and I needed the take my car to the dealer to replace them. This is the second time I've gone to the dealer to have them inspect the struts. They tell me that it's NORMAL for struts to leak and I clearly know that it's not. Now I'm starting to hear a squeak when I go over bumps. I don't want the dealer to pass off this problem, and then tell me I have a problem once I'm out of warranty. I've taken pics of all 4 of my struts. They all show leakage. Do you guys think I stand a chance taking it to a different dealer? My appointment is tomorrow.

Mine squeek in cold weather. Might be the case with you as well? Or is it anytime of year kind of thing?

This just started happening after I hit a major pothole after a series of snowstorms.

May not be the strut then. Have the rest of the suspension looked at.
