Make sure torque specs are correct for caliper bolts as well as the larger 17mm ones. Make sure there's sufficient grease on the pad's shims. Make sure the caliper pins are actually greased properly as well inside the boot.
Is it a loud groan, or a squealing?

Perhaps you could rephrase the description of the problem and the possible solutions you have already attempted after you come down from the Speed you apparently ingested. Whew. Remember now, the period can be your friend.

That was the longest sentence I have ever read as well.

A fellow TN member recently replaced using performance Hawk HPS himself the first time. Quiet. Akebono ProAct is great for normal driving. Some of Toyota's pads are Akebonos. (AK xxx-xxx FF) markings. They also use cheaper NBK pads which I'd avoid.
Also, the hardware should be properly cleaned and lubed. But if its quiet before and noisy after replacement, then you kinda know.

Well i dont know exactly but i think they where torque to specs and probably if i ask he will tell me he did and ive had the shims replaced and greased couple times already and its a loud squealing only in the mornings or if my car sits for a while

So do you think the problem is with the pads he used i originally wanted akebono pads was going to order them from rock auto but he told me his pads were just as good (lazer ceramics from napa i believe). Im just worried if i do buy new pads and do them my self the squealing will continue and about your last comment i've had them cleaned, lubed and replaced shimes plus new rear pads dont know what else to try.
The purpose of that English class was to, among other things, teach you to communicate using a common language. English is a very robust language and its words are quite descriptive when used efficiently.

Also make sure the mechanic didn't double shim the pads, sometimes they stick the old Toyota shims back on when the new pads have a built in shim, that will cause a squeal.
The other thing to check is the brand of pad, cheap metalic pads generally squeal. Napa does not call theirs "lazer ceramics", they are called NAPA ULTRA PREMIUM BRAKE PARTS and they come in a ceramic flavor.
Sounds like maybe you got some cheap chinese pads.
If you want to replace them yourself, I had really good luck with the Monroe Ceramic brake pads from Amazon.com on my 2005. They now sell for around $35, but at the time I bought them, there was a $20 MIR, so I got them for $15. They are better than OEM in my opinion.
