2009 Camry low coolant level

Just noticed that coolant level on my 2009 Camry with 14K is about 1/2 inch higher then "L" mark when engine is cold. I believe it was higher before but can't recall where the level used to be exactly. Were there any issues with 6 gen loosing coolant? What is the normal level is supposed to be on a cold car?
