Gen6 Installing Wheel Spacers

Im going to be installing H&R spacers and springs on my car. 10 mm up front and 15 mm in th back. (My wheels are a 17 X 7 with a +50 offset) I'm just wondering for those of you that have done the H&R spacer install on your camry, how easy is is to remove the original studs and replace then with the extended studs? I have read on this site conflicting information if you need a special tool or if it is as easy as hitting them with a hammer out of the back of the hub. What is all of your experiences with this?

I have a 2007 XLE by the way

THANKS IN ADVANCE!!
