Exterior Chrome Door Trim Removal

As you are all probably aware, I recently had a lockout incident with my fiance's 08' Camry. In the process of trying to gain entry to the car, I damaged the chrome trim that runs on the exterior at the top of the front and rear door. I would like to replace these, as everytime I get in and out of the car and see it I curse myself.

Does anyone know how to remove these trim pieces?
