Exclamation **help**

I just joined toyota nation and will post pics of my 2010 Camry and 2007 Avalon later but first i have a problem and need some help. i just installed some LEDs on the camry, an entire LED conversion, and the rear blinkers were included, after doing that, the blinkers blink crazy fast and its annoying and im pretty sure its not legal in my state. i no one way i can fix this is a load resistor, but i dont want to cut wires. another option is a new LED flasher relay, ( the one that makes the clicking sound) i talked to a guy from the company that i got the lights from and he said thats the other i can take. im almost positive that the relay is located under the dash on the left by the fuse box. i just dont know how to get to it. i already scratched part of the dash trying to take it off i dont want to do more damage, please help me out. thanks

check out the led sticky on top. there are instructions to do it. changing the flasher is ok and all but it can cause some things not to work right like no flash confirmation when using the keyless entry. resistors u dont techncially cut wires. you just tap the stock ones. they are super easy to install. all the taps do is take off that colored coating/protection on wires to get to wires below. if u ever want to remove then u can just cover with electric tape. no one will even know. the instructions for resistors are also in sticky. i recommend going the resistor route.
