07 Camry Alignment question

I took my 07 Camry for alignment to local dealer. After it was done I looked at the report and noticed all the rear specs are red. I asked the service salesman, he called the technician and they explained me that they do rear alignment when there is really problem, they are way off.

Can somebody tell me if this is normal specs.

Toe 0.32 Spec range 0.08 0.24

Cross camber 1.2 Spec range –0.8 0.8

it's definitely recommended that you get a realignment done for your car...

do you notice any pulling issues?

No I dont notice any pulling, because the front is done properly, This specs are for rear. Today that dealer is close. I am thinking to stop by tomorrow.

its not to to far from being in green, for camrys toe is the most important to get into green let it go to long and you will have some bad feathering or cupping. looks like the tech took a short cut and adjusted the front toe and let it go...flagged the 1.5 hours and went on about his day.. take it back and tell them you want a 4 wheel alignment not a 2 wheel. i bet you poaid for a 4wheel though

I went to the dealer today. They asked me if I feel anything strange when I am driving. then they told me they can make appointment to adjust toe, but to adjust camber it is requiring lots of work, they may need body shop involve too. This car never been in accident, I only have 29K miles on it.

they are full of crap, take it somewhere else like NTB or another tire place, tell the dealer you want to file a complaint and will be talking to the regional manager if you don't get a refund or they make good on the original alignment.

The dealer sounds like they are lazy, and don't want to do a real alignment. If they can't adjust camber(and may need a body shop lol- that doesn't make any sense, they're just trying to play you.), then wth type of alignment can they do??

yeah they probably aren't taking you seriously...

if you don't mind shelling out 70-80 bucks, go to a tire shop and get an alignment done there

warranty?

was the alignment done under 3/36 warranty? if not and you paid for it ask for your money back because unless the car has no rear alignment specs IE: tundra/tacoma then they have to do a 4 wheel alignment..

He is at 29,000 miles...just for the record you can get one free wheel alignment under warrenty if under 19,000 miles... Toyota Marin did it for me under warrenty, charged it to Toyota.
