5th & 6th Generation (2002-2006 & 2007-2011)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 2002-2006 & 2007-2011
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
I'm about to start my own Camry SE thread. I own this car for already 6 months, it is a 2007 inline-4. By the way, I live in Kazakhstan. Here everyone loves Camry's.
My car was imported from US with 126000 miles, but in fairly good condition. Now it reads 26000 miles, thanks to seller =)
Here is a pic of my Camry in the mountains in winter together with my brother's Solara SE. Car is bone stock there.
I have a lots of updates and will be posting them here.

A month ago I got up in the morning and found my car having no SE lip on the rear bumper. Car was on the street at night and someone just took my SE lip away in a cruel manner. I was very upset, so next day I've found rear lip replica. Replica was made here in Kazakhstan. Quality is good enough. But I was still upset and got myself an OEM trunk spoiler and a roof spoiler. Roof spoiler is also made here, don't know if it's a replica of something or not.
Right after that I made a window tint. Stupid laws prohibit tinting front windshield and front side windows. So, I only made rear sides and rear window.
That's how my rear end looks right now. It was raining yesterday, so car is dirty, thats why it's an iPhone photo and lomography style =)
For tomorrow I'm thinking of doing 3D carbon film hood. I want my car to look out of the line, maybe Japan style, somewhere close to racing. I see it like lots of plastic addons, carbon parts, stickers, labels etc - everything that you can put on the car should be on the car.

I've seen soooo many stock gen6's but yours looks really clean... and 126000 miles? I thought I had a lot...
if you want japan style... keep it as is... no plastic add-ons, no fake carbon stuff, no stickers, or labels... everything that should be on the car is on the car right now... spoiler and roof spoiler is a good start... don't mess it up... get some nice rims, drop it, add a muffler and call it a day

Well, that's for everyone and that's not unique already. We have here lots of LE/SE cars with same mods - rims, spoilers, tinting, hid.
I've never seen riced Camry here yet. Why not making the first one? Would be 100% unique Camry in here with carbon hood and some nice details. I want to make it stylish at the same time.
Btw, odometer change here is made almost for every car imported. Our people usually drive 10K miles a year, so they just cannot understand how it could be >100K in just two =)
