Help Moonroof won't close

Good morning all:
2003 Camry
Moonroof problem.
When I press the close switch it cycles through close, tilt up, tilt down and opens about 4 inches then stops.
It will not close all the way.
It will not open all the way.
I can close it by using the close switch in short pulses.
I can not open it past about 4 inches.
I cannot see any trash, rocks, etc blocking the tracks.
It is moving evenly.
It is not racking at all.
It seems that the cycle is out of sequence.
I have tried the fix in the Gen2 forum.
IE.. Having the drivers door open, starting the sequence and shutting off the key before the sequence is done, but no luck.
Any help would be appreciated.
