Gen6 TRD Intake INSTALLED!!!

So I bought a trd air filter the other day and was going to install it and it was the wrong filter. The dealer is going to order another one but it seemed odd because the part number was correct, but the filter was for a V6 and I have a 4 Cylinder.

But a Scion has the same engine, but there is a cold air intake from TRD available for it. So I bought one and here is what happened!

Pretty sure there are no TRD air filters for the I-4 on the '07+ Camrys.

the intake manifold and the battery are placed just slightly differently from our I4's but if you want to make it work it shouldn't be hard

I don't think it'll be covered by the warranty though, since it's specifically made for the tc

I am totally thinking about buying the cold air intake for the TC. If you look at the factory air box there are two plugs connected to it, I would if the CAI has the connections?

So I ordered it and I will update with pictures next week after I install it.
Hope it works out for you man can't wait to see pics!!!

OK I got the intake and installed it today, I just need to figure out how to post pictures. This mod is a bit different from the tc, I totally wanted the intake to be as far away from the motor as possible. I got the intake to be located behind the drivers side fog light.
