HELP! gearshift light, sterio light, all not working :(
Recently the led in my gear shift has been flashing on and off. There was a problem with fitment because the led would not stay on constantly and flickered. Today I took apart the gearshift to get to the led bulb and when I pulled the bulb out there was a spark and as you can see in the picture my gearshift light, the aqua lights around the stereo, and the heater AC light are not working. Also the lights that light up my steering wheel controls are not working ( volume Bluetooth ect.)
Is this going to cost a fortune to fix or is it something that I can do at home?? Please help.
I did open up the fuse box and checked all the fuses that could be pulled out using the white plastic puller provided by Toyota, and none of them were broken.
did u check the one under yur dash right under the steering wheels? one time all my outlet power went out. read the manual to see where is the fuse n check the right now
well i just went out and saw the fuse box uder the steering wheel, but i have no idea how to get into it. does it pull down?? How do i get access to it?? my manual is at work because i was reading it today b.c i was bord. lol
well Turns out that the 7.5 fuse broke... lol such a simple fix to a headace of a problem... usually how much does does a low Profile Mini 7.5fuse cost at local autopart store??
ebay has a pack of 10/pcs for $12 shipped, but i do not need so many...
