Newcomer to the camry

Hey whats up everybody just wanted to say Hi, and ask a few questions, and yes i did search lol. i got a 2008 base camry with a manual trans

1.im trying to decide on a set of new rims theyre all mesh but i cant decide on wich ones,ASA AR1, or Kyowa KR-628. both in 18x8. what do you guys think

2.when you guys get new rims do you buy new tpms or do you just ride around with the light on

3. now tire size im also debating on 225/45 or 225/50, i dont way to much tire but i also dont want the rim to go farther than the tire, ive seen that on other peoples cars, also i dont want rubbing issues

4. one more question will the se lips fit on my base camry and is it a buch of hardware or pretty much slap em on

thanks everybody for your help, and sorry if these questions have been anwered before

From my research on the SE trim its better to go with the Razzi or RK sport lip. The aftermarket ones are basically slap ons compared to the SE lip which requires slits cut into the bumper.

Aftermarket lip + painting > SE trim + installation, in terms of money.

Go aftermarket lip kit like one of the ones mentioned above. SE is too much work, too hard to find for cheap and looks like just another SE.

2. Correct me if im wrong, but if you don't plan on keeping your stockies then you can ask a shop to take off the TPMS and put them on your new rims. Saves money on buying TPMS for every set of rims your plan on having. If you plan on driving without TPMS make sure you check your tire pressure weekly or bi-weekly.

Im seriously thinking about removing the LED for the TPMS light in my instrument cluster. Then I don't have to worry about it.

Get 19 for the ASA, 18 looks a bit small I think.

Or 22s
